He was born to Marlo Deane (Bud) and Ruth Estella (Foster) Goodroad on Feb. 3, 1959, at Bristow Memorial Hospital. A lifelong Bristow resident he attended Bristow schools, involved in track and golf and was somewhat of a class clown. He was brought up in the First United Methodist Church. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and gardening. His living was made in lawn care services.
