Raymond Casey Jones was born Oct. 17, 1946, to Raymond and Dollie Jones in Bristow. He departed this life Sept. 26, 2022, at the age of 75. Casey graduated from Bristow High School in 1965. He worked as a barber for 16 years. He was a faithful member of the Bristow First Free Will Baptist Church.

Winford Joan Hall

Winford Joan Hall was born Sept. 5, 1937 to William and Hazel Goff in Slick. She departed this life Sept. 28, 2022 at the age of 85 years. Joan grew up in and around the Bristow area. Joan Goff and Paul Hall were united in marriage May 10, 1959.

Mona Lee Jones

Mona Lee Jones was born March 20, 1936, near Sapulpa on an oil lease known as Porter Hill. She was raised by parents, Raymond and Dollie Jones. She departed this life Sept. 30, 2022, at the age of 86. She was a 1954 graduate of Bristow High School.

Marlo Deane (Bud) Goodroad

Marlo Deane (Bud) Goodroad was born Aug. 27, 1933 to Gerald and Marvel (Killalea) Goodroad in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He departed this life Oct. 1, 2022, in Tulsa, at the age of 89. After graduating high school Bud attended the University of South Dakota.

Harley Chestine Root

Harley Chestine Root was born Aug. 12, 1932, to Harley C. and Lillie (Barber) Root in Bristow. He departed this life Sept. 25, 2022, at the age of 90. He graduated from Bristow High School in 1949. On Feb. 25, 1951, Harley Chestine Root and Donna Jo Satterfield were united in marriage.

Cleo Jane Smith

Cleo Jane Smith was born Aug. 28, 1939 to William and Dona (Willis) Coppinger in Bristow. She departed this life Sept. 20, 2022 at her home at the age of 83. On June 21, 1958, Cleo Jane Coppinger and William Alfred Smith were united in marriage. They raised their seven children in Bristow.

Graveside funeral rites for Bristow resident, Cecil Evans were held 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 9, 2022 in the Magnolia Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Brother Cory Crane of the General Assembly Osage Church of the First Born at Agra, Oklahoma officiated.
