An injury collision involving three vehicles occurred on July 18, on the Turner Turnpike, three miles south of Stroud. A husband and wife team, names not released, were riding westbound on Hwy 66. On the curve between Bristow and Depew , she lost control of her bike.The husband looked in rearview mirror and saw her ; he let go of his bike jumping off to help her. She had a head injury and was banged up but was able to stand with help and was moved further from the roadway to rest under a tree waiting on ambulance. At the time of accident, the first motorist on scene was an LPN who helped in assessing the injuries and bandaging her head and wounds. Meanwhile, two more motorcyclists come upon scene.
