Blow out the candles because Smokey Bear is turning 79years-old! Join the Oklahoma Tourism & Recreation Department in celebrating our favorite wildfire prevention bear at Sequoyah State Park on Saturday, August 12 for Smokey’s Birthday Blowout.

The market has worked to grow the Touch-A-Truck Kids Day Event for the last three years to an event that everyone looks forward to before going back to school.

Thisfall, publicschool teachers in Oklahoma will receive pay raises between $3,000 to $6,000, depending on how long they have been teaching. These raises will account for $286 million of Oklahoma’s $785 million education funding package, agreed on in May.
