The 6th annual Touch-ATruck event will take place on Saturday, August 1, 2026, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. at the Bristow Rodeo Arena. Touch A Truck is a free, family-friendly community event where kids can get up close with the big vehicles they love most. Ever wanted to climb into the driver’s seat of a fire truck or police car? Here’s your opportunity! This fun filled event is open to the public and is free to everyone. It features a lot of different types of trucks, including emergency vehicles, farm machinery and other unique forms of transportation. Explore a Oklahoma Highway Patrol vehicle. These vehicles are ready for visitors to touch and even climb inside, if allowed on certain vehicles.
The event is aimed to provide a fun filled morning for everyone. There will also be vendors to provide you with the opportunity to get a unique gift, something good to eat or just a little something for yourself. The free event offers family friendly activities and inflatables for the young ones to enjoy.
The event not only offers fun for families but it also focuses on giving back to the community. The goal is to fill 336 backpacks with school supplies for local students. The school supplies were donated by local businesses and the community. These backpacks will be given away at the event.
