Bristow’s American Legion to host Halloween Carnival

With Halloween just around the corner, Bristow families have another reason to dust off those costumes and get ready for a little spooky fun.

The Klingensmith-Long American Legion Post 126 will host its Halloween Carnival on Saturday, Oct. 31, beginning at 4 p.m. at the American Legion, located at 131 W. 8th Avenue in Bristow.

The carnival offers an opportunity for local families to come together and celebrate the holiday while enjoying a little hometown Halloween spirit. Whether the costumes are spooky, silly, or somewhere in between, the occasion is another chance for the community to make memories together.

For nearly a century, Bristow’s American Legion has been a part of the community. Chartered in April 1926, the organization has continued its commitment to serving veterans, supporting local youth, and giving back through community activities and charitable efforts.

Events like the Halloween Carnival reflect the importance of keeping small-town traditions alive and providing opportunities for neighbors to gather.

Families interested in attending are encouraged to mark their calendars for October 31 and join the American Legion for an afternoon of Halloween festivities.
