Townhall Meeting at Bristow VFW Post 3656

The Bristow VFW Post 3656 will be hosting a Townhall meeting on the 26th of March 2021, starting at 7 p.m. This will showcase all of the candidates for the Creek County Commissioner District 3 seat.

Bristow VFW Post 3656 now has a Service Officer available to all Veterans who need assistance in filing a claim with Veterans Affairs (VA) or if you just have questions on what benefits are available to you.

Bristow OHCE holds March meeting

The Bristow OHCE met on March 10, Ray Kinslow opened the meeting by presenting “I Refuse to Worry” as the devotional. This was followed by Vice-President Carolyn Kuykendall leading the club in U.S. pledge and the OHCE Creed. Noting the loss and passing of Jane Chapman.

Bristow Into Action Bristow Into Action Alcoholics Anyomous meeting is temporarily being held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7 p.m. at 708 West 11th Street, Bristow. For more information, contact Brian at (918) 210-8056. Anger Management Classes A twelve week angermanagment class is being offered.

Better Together

Throughout February, Bristow came together through individual efforts of community service, building a better community one act of service at a time. Individuals from a multitude of backgrounds and entities served our community and the surrounding area.

Reycling Event A recycling drive will take place Saturday, March 6, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Edison Cafeteria. This is a drive thru event. BPS Parent Teacher Conferences Bristow Public Schools will hold parent-teacher conferences on Tuesday, March 9 and Thursday, March 11.
