By Coach Shannon Hilburn On Saturday, Aug. 27, 2022, the Bristow Cross Country had a mock meet at Chuckwest Fieldhouse. It began with the elementary race which was won by Miles Evans who completed the 1-mile course in 6:42, 2nd was Raider Rackley in 6:49, 3rd Daison Bruner in 6:55, 4th Sayler Rackley 7:00, 5th JJ Fesler 9:46, 6th Noah Hilburn 9:49, 7th Colby Hall 10:10, 8th Addy Wissell 10:13, and 9th Wyatt Hall 10:48.

Bristow Cross Country start the year strong

Bristow Cross Country is off to a great start this year. They competed at Stroud on Saturday August 13th. Starting the day was the elementary division which is 6th grade and below. The Pirates dominated that division taking 4 of the first 5 places. Winning the race was Miles Evans running the 1-mile course in 6:39. Taking 2nd was Raider Rackley in 7:03, 4th was Daison Bruner in 7:19, and 5th was Saylor Rackley in 7:30. Also competing in the elementary division was JJ Fesler 9:37, Addy Wissell 9:41, Noah Hilburn 9:58, Colby Hall 9:58, and Wyatt Hall 10:07.
