The Bristow Garden Club just announced its third annual garden tour which will tenatively take place on Saturday, June 25, 2022. The garden club holds the tour yearly in order to give area residents the opportunity to showcase their growing skills and beautiful yards.

The nightmare journey from bombed-out cities in eastern Ukraine to the west of the country involved a desperate, high-risk trek, first on foot, then in the back of trucks swerving to avoid constant bombardment, and finally being packed like animals in trains headed towards the Polish border. On Friday, the City of Bristow presented Trevor Christian, a senior at Bristow High School, a proclamation from the city. The Chief of Police, Kendra Raney, presented Christian with an award of Excellence and he also was presented with a new bicycle for his outstanding performance.

The Oklahoma Historical Society (OHS) is proud to announce that the Bristow Historical Society, Inc. has been awarded a grant though the Oklahoma Heritage Preservation Grant Program.
