Pirates win two, lose one in Kiefer Tournament

The Bristow boys’ basketball team participated in the Kiefer Tournament last week. They won their first game against Liberty 69-41. The game started with a steal by Alex Winter. Then, Charles Ware scored his first three-pointer of the game. That was followed by a three-pointer from Sutton Titsworth. At the end of the first quarter, Ware got a block. In the second quarter, Ware scored his second three-pointer of the game. Then, Kaylon Tolon got a steal. Afterward, Ware scored back-to-back three-pointers. During the third quarter, Dusty Campbell got a block. The Pirates ended the game with 44 rebounds, 17 assists, 10 steals, and two blocks.

Their second game was against Warner, where they won 61-57. During the first quarter, Stephon Tolon scored a three-pointer. Then, Ware scored his first three-pointer of the game. Then, Stephon Tolon got a block. That was followed by a steal from Ware. Ware then scored another three-pointer. Afterward, Titsworth scored a three-pointer. In the second quarter, Stephon Tolon blocked the ball again. Then, Ware scored his third three-pointer of the game. The Pirates ended the game with 33 rebounds, 11 assists, 12 steals, and two blocks.
