Arcadia: May 8. Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water 70 and stained. Black crappie and white crappie excellent on jigs, minnows and PowerBait around brush structure, docks, points, riprap, shallows and standing timber. Blue catfish and channel catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, dough bait, punch bait and worms along channels, flats and points. Largemouth bass good on bill baits, flukes, in-line spinnerbaits, jigs, lipless baits, small lures and spinnerbaits around brush structure, riprap, shallows and standing timber.

Beaty-Mulhausen Pond: May 8. Elevation normal, water 70 and stained. Channel catfish good on stinkbait and worms along shorelines. Bluegill sunfish good on worms along shorelines.

Hefner: May 8. Elevation normal, water 68 and murky. Largemouth bass, striped bass hybrids and white bass good on plastic baits, spinnerbaits and spoons along the dam and shorelines. Channel catfish and walleye good on shad, spoons and worms around docks, flats and main lake. Black crappie and white crappie good on jigs, minnows and plastic baits around brush structure, dam and docks.

Overholser: May 10. Elevation normal, water 67 and stained. Striped bass hybrids fair on crankbaits, flukes and sassy shad in the main lake and along shorelines. White crappie fair on jigs and minnows below the dam and along riprap. Channel catfish good on punch bait in the main lake and around points.

Stanley Draper: May 9. Elevation 6 ft. below normal and falling, water 65a and stained. White bass fair on plastic baits and small lures at the inlet and around points. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits and spinnerbaits in coves and standing timber. Black crappie and white crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure, riprap, shorelines and standing timber.

Ten Acre Lake: May 6. Elevation 1 ft. below normal and falling, water 70 and stained. Channel catfish good on worms along shorelines.

Thunderbird: May 8. Elevation normal, water 67 and stained. Blue catfish and channel catfish fair on punch bait and worms below the dam and in the main lake. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits and spinnerbaits along shorelines.

Wes Watkins: May 9. Elevation normal and rising, water 69 and stained. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, PowerBait and worms along riprap and shorelines. White crappie slow on jigs and minnows along shorelines.

Bell Cow: May 8. Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water 64 and murky. Largemouth bass excellent on crankbaits, plastic baits, small lures and spinnerbaits around brush structure, shallows, shorelines and standing timber. White crappie good on jigs and minnows around brush structure, docks and rocks. Channel catfish fair on punch bait around brush structure. Birch: May 8. Elevation 2.5 ft. above normal, water 65 and murky. Largemouth bass and spotted bass fair on jigs, plastic baits and spinnerbaits around coves, rocks, shallows and shorelines. White crappie fair on minnows around brush structure.

Carl Blackwell: May 10. Elevation normal and rising, water 64 and murky. Black crappie good on jigs, minnows and tube jigs around brush structure, docks and shorelines. Saugeye fair on jigs around riprap and rocks. Blue catfish excellent on chicken liver, cut bait and shad along flats and shorelines.

Chandler: May 8. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 65 and murky. White crappie good on jigs and minnows below the dam, around docks and shallows. Channel catfish good on punch bait and sunfish along shorelines.

Copan: May 7. Elevation 6.5 ft. above normal and rising, water 60 and murky. Blue catfish, channel catfish and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, live bait, live shad, shrimp, sunfish and worms along channels, riprap, shallows and shorelines. Black crappie and white crappie fair on hair jigs, minnows, PowerBait and tube jigs around brush structure, coves and shorelines. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits, jerk baits and plastic baits around brush structure, points and weed beds.

Fort Gibson: May 9. Elevation 24 ft. above normal and rising, water 60 and murky. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, crawfish, crickets, cut bait, dough bait, goldfish, punch bait, shrimp and worms along shallows and shorelines. Paddlefish good snagging below the dam. Comments: Extreme flooded conditions exist. Water levels may have changes since time of report. Access to the lake is very limited as most boat ramps and public access locations are closed due to flooding. Only boat operators with above average knowledge of the lake should navigate these waters. Beware of many underwater and floating hazards.

Grand: May 8. Elevation 10.5 ft. above normal and rising, water 65 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, plastic baits and topwater lures around brush structure and shorelines. Blue catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait and shad below the dam, along shallows and shorelines. White crappie good on hair jigs, jigs and minnows below the dam, around brush structure, docks, shallows and shorelines. Comments: Recent heavy rains have created high inflow and dangerous debris fields all through the lake. Report submitted by Riley Willman, game warden stationed in Delaware County.

Greenleaf: May 10. Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water 67 and stained. Largemouth bass slow on bill baits, crankbaits, minnows, plastic baits, spinnerbaits, topwater lures and tube jigs in coves, around docks, river channel, shallows and shorelines. Channel catfish and flathead catfish slow on chicken liver, cut bait, minnows, shad and worms in coves, along creek channels, shallows and shorelines. White crappie and redear sunfish fair on hair jigs, in-line spinnerbaits, minnows and worms around docks, shallows and shorelines. Hudson: May 9. Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water 69 and murky. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits, plastic baits and spinnerbaits around brush structure. Blue catfish good on cut bait and shad below the dam and along the river channel.

Hulah: May 7. Elevation 15.5 ft. above normal and rising, water 60 and murky. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, jerk baits, plastic baits, sassy shad and topwater lures around brush structure, coves, points, shorelines and weed beds. Blue catfish, channel catfish and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, hot dogs, live bait, live shad, shrimp, stinkbait, sunfish and worms along channels, riprap, river mouth and shorelines. Black crappie and white crappie fair on hair jigs, minnows, PowerBait, tube jigs and worms around brush structure, docks and shorelines.

Kaw: May 9. Elevation 14 ft. above normal and rising, water 65 and murky. Blue catfish and channel catfish excellent on cut bait, shad, stinkbait, sunfish and worms below the dam, along flats and shallows. Black crappie and white crappie good on grubs, jigs, minnows and tube jigs below the dam, in the main lake, along shallows and shorelines. Striped bass, striped bass hybrids and white bass excellent on Alabama rigs, grubs, in-line spinnerbaits, jigs, sassy shad, shad and topwater lures below the dam and along creek channels.

Keystone: May 8. Elevation 8.5 ft. above normal and falling, water 67 and murky. Largemouth bass and white crappie good on hair jigs, jerk baits, lipless baits, plastic baits, small lures, spinnerbaits and worms around brush structure, creek channels, docks and points. Blue catfish, channel catfish and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, dough bait, live bait and sunfish around brush structure, channels, dam, discharge, docks, main lake, points, riprap and rocks.

Lower Illinois: May 6. Elevation 14 ft. above normal and rising, water 58 and stained. Rainbow trout slow on Power-Bait. Comments: Due to flooding, water levels are the river are very high and will remain that way for some time. Many areas will not be accessible.

Oologah: May 8. Elevation 9 ft. above normal and rising, water 68 and murky. White crappie good on jigs and minnows around brush structure and weed beds. Largemouth bass excellent on plastic baits, spinnerbaits and topwater lures around brush structure and shorelines. Blue catfish good on shad, shrimp and worms below the dam and along riprap.

Skiatook: May 8. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 65 and murky. Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on live shad and shad in the main lake. Blue catfish and channel catfish fair on cut bait, shad and worms in the main lake.

Sooner: May 9. Elevation 2.5 ft. below normal, water 65 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on jerk baits and plastic baits around brush structure and rocks. Saugeye fair on crankbaits, jigs worms in the main lake. Blue catfish and channel catfish fair on cut bait and worms in coves and discharge. Comments: All walleye, sauger and saugeye less than 18 inches must be immediately released back to the water.

Spavinaw: May 8. Elevation normal, water 64 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs and plastic baits around coves and points. Black crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Channel catfish slow on cut bait and shad in the main lake and river channel. Tenkiller: May 8. Elevation 32.5 ft. above normal, water 60 and murky. Largemouth bass and spotted bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, jigs, plastic baits and topwater lures around brush structure, docks and shorelines. Blue catfish and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait and shad in the main lake and river channel. Black crappie fair on goldfish, jigs and worms around brush structure and docks.

Webbers Falls: May 10. Elevation 5 ft. above normal and rising, water 65 and stained. Blue catfish and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, minnows, shad and worms below the dam, along shallows and shorelines. Striped bass, white bass and white crappie fair on hair jigs, in-line spinnerbaits, minnows, slabs, small lures and worms below the dam, around brush structure, shallows and shorelines.

Canton: May 8. Elevation normal, water 60 and stained. White bass fair on jigs and minnows around the dam and river channel.

Foss: May 10. Elevation 4 ft. below normal with gates closed, water high 60s and clear. Walleye good on worms along the dam. Striped bass hybrids fair to good in deep water. Crappie slow around docks. Catfish good on trotlines.

Fort Supply: May 9. Elevation normal, water 60 and stained. White crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure, rocks and shorelines. White bass and channel catfish slow on cut bait, dough bait and stinkbait in the main lake.

Blue River: May 10. Elevation normal, water 63 and stained. Rainbow trout good on in-line spinnerbaits, PowerBait and spoons along channels and rocks. Largemouth bass, smallmouth bass and spotted bass good on plastic baits, spinnerbaits and topwater lures around brush structure, creek channels and rocks. Channel catfish good on punch bait, stinkbait and worms along channels and rocks. Comments: Concentrate on moving water for trout as water temps are rising. Catfishing has been better in the longer, deeper pools. Bass fishing is really good with the most productive times being late morning and early evening. The key to success right now is to keep moving if you are not getting bites and trying different baits.
