In their first week of play the Lady Pirate softball team is 6-2.

The Lady Pirates are being led by junior pitcher McKenna Ingram. In the circle she has allowed opposing teams less than one earned run, collected 50 strikeouts, thrown one no-hitter against Muskogee and also leads the team at the plate.

In the Lady Pirates' first eight games she has collected thirteen hits and six RBI.

Also leading the Lady Pirates offensively is sophomore Ava Yocham, the Lady Pirates' shortstop. Yocham has collected four doubles, two triples and four RBI.

Freshman outfielder Jazmyn George is next at the top of the Lady Pirates' hitting thus far, hitting .400 with five runs batted in.
