Copan: September 4. Elevation is 1.5 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 80°F and stained. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish slow on chicken liver, dough bait, goldfish, live bait, live shad, shad, shrimp, stinkbait, sunfish, and worms around main lake, riprap, river channel, and shorelines. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and spinnerbaits around brush structure, points, and shorelines. Crappie slow on hair jigs, PowerBait, and tube jigs around brush structure.

Fort Gibson: September 5. Elevation is normal, water temperature 78°F and stained. White bass fair on jigs, spoons around main lake, points. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around river channel, shorelines. Bluegill and green sunfish good on crickets, small lures, and worms around docks and rocks.

Grand: September 6. Elevation is normal, water temperature 85°F and stained. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and plastic baits around brush structure, docks, rocks, shorelines. Crappie fair on hair jigs, jigs, and minnows below the dam, brush structure and docks. Blue catfish good on cut bait and shad below the dam, docks, and main lake.

Greenleaf: September 4. Elevation is normal, water temperature 84°F and stained. Largemouth bass fair on bill baits, flukes, minnows, plastic baits, spinnerbaits, topwater lures, and worms around brush structure, coves, shallows, shorelines, and weed beds. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish slow on cut bait, goldfish, minnows, shad, and worms around coves, points, shorelines, and weed beds. Crappie fair on jigs, minnows, and small lures around brush structure and shallows.

Hulah: September 4. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 80°F and stained. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish slow on chicken liver, live bait, live shad, shad, and worms around riprap, river channel, and shorelines. Crappie slow on hair jigs, PowerBait, and tube jigs around brush structure, docks, and shorelines.

Kaw: September 5. Elevation is 1.5 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 70°F and stained. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, crawfish, cut bait, goldfish, grass hoppers, live bait, live shad, shad, stinkbait, sunfish, and worms below the dam, creek channels, main lake, river channel, and river mouth. Striped bass hybrids and white bass excellent on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, live bait, live shad, sassy shad, shad, spoons, and topwater lures around main lake, points, river mouth, and rocks. Crappie good on grubs, jigs, live bait, minnows, and tube jigs around brush structure, main lake, and standing timber.

Keystone: September 4. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal, water temperature 81°F and stained. Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on plastic baits, spinnerbaits around creek channels, points, and rocks. Blue catfish fair on cut bait, punch bait, shad, and sunfish around flats, main lake, river channel, river mouth, and rocks.

Lower Illinois River: September 2. Elevation is normal, water temperature 65°F and stained. Rainbow trout fair on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, PowerBait, and worms below the dam. Comments: Best times are early morning and late evening below the dam and at the Watts area. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Sooner: September 4. Elevation is 2.5 ft. below normal, water temperature 82°F and clear. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around brush structure, weed beds. Striped bass hybrids good on crankbaits and live shad around main lake. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, stinkbait, and sunfish around main lake.

Tenkiller: September 4. Elevation is 3.5 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 82°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) White bass fair on Alabama rig, crankbaits, jigs, small lures around flats, main lake. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits, spinnerbaits, topwater lures around brush structure, points, and shorelines. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on cut bait, live bait, live shad, and sunfish around coves, points, and shorelines.

Webbers Falls: September 4. Elevation is normal, water temperature 84°Fandclear. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on buzz baits, flukes, plastic baits, small lures, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around brush structure, main lake, points, and shorelines. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, goldfish, minnows, shad, and sunfish around coves, shallows, shorelines, and tailwater. Striped and white bass fair on in-line spinnerbaits, sassy shad, shad, small lures, and topwater lures below the dam, riprap, river channel, shorelines, and tailwater.

Canton: September 4. Elevation is below normal, water temperature 84°F and clear. White bass fair on jigs and minnows around main lake and rocks.

Foss: September 5. Elevation is 3.5 ft. below normal, water temperature 75°F and clear. Walleye fair on worms around main lake. Catfish good on trotlines with cut bait and on rod-and-reel. Striped bass hybrids fair drifting minnows. Report submitted by Eric Puyear, B & K Bait House.

Eufaula: September 2. Elevation is 2 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 79°F and stained. Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on in-line spinnerbaits, jerk baits, jigs, and plastic baits around brush structure, channels, docks, rocks, and weed beds. White bass fair on crankbaits, hair jigs, and spoons around flats and main lake. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on live bait, live shad, shad, and sunfish around channels, river channel, and river mouth. Konawa: September 4. Elevation is normal, water temperature 88°F and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, plastic baits, and spinnerbaits around points, river channel, and weed beds. Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, and live shad around inlet, main lake, and river channel. Channel catfish good on chicken liver and cut bait around inlet, riprap, and weed beds.

McGee Creek: September 2. Elevation is 4 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 83°F and clear.Largemouth, spotted, and white bass fair on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, plastic baits, and topwater lures around main lake, points, rocks, and shorelines. Channel and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, crawfish, goldfish, sunfish, and worms around creek channels. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and standing timber.

Pine Creek: September 2. Elevation is 4 ft. below normal, water temperature 84°F and clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits and topwater lures around coves and points. Crappie good on jigs around brush structure. Channel catfish good on chicken liver and cut bait around coves and creek channels.

Largemouth and spotted bass fair on minnows, plastic baits, small lures, spinnerbaits, spoons, and topwater lures around brush structure, coves, creek channels, points, rocks, tailwater, and weed beds. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, grass hoppers, hot dogs, minnows, shad, shrimp, and worms below the dam, coves, main lake, shorelines, and tailwater. Sardis: September 2. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal, water temperature 80°F and stained. Blue and channel catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, and dough bait around creek channels, main lake, and river channel. Texoma: September 4. Elevation is normal and rising, water temperature 85°F and stained. Striped bass fair on live shad, sassy shad, slabs, and topwater lures below the dam, channels, creek channels, flats, main lake, points, and river channel. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, dough bait, live shad, punch bait, shad, stinkbait, and sunfish below the dam, channels, docks, points, and river mouth. Crappie fair on grubs, hair jigs, jigs, and minnows around brush structure, coves, docks, points, rocks, standing timber. Comments: Fishing this week has been about the same. Striper are feeding around Platter Flats and Washita Point areas. They are feeding on live shad in 20-45 ft. of water. Catfish are biting on live shad and cut bait in 20-50 ft. of water. Crappie are biting on jigs and minnows in 12-22 ft. of water.

Ellsworth: September 4. Elevation is 2 ft. below normal, water temperature 86°F and murky. Crappie slow on jigs and nymphs around brush structure, docks, and standing timber. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, dough bait, and shad around channels, main lake, and points.

Lawtonka: September 4. Elevation is 1.5 ft. below normal, water temperature 87°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around dam and docks. Saugeye slow on crankbaits, sassy shad, and small lures around dam, main lake, and rocks.

Waurika: September 4. Elevation is 1.5 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 84°F and murky. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait and shad around main lake and shorelines. Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on sassy shad and shad around dam and points. Crappie slow on minnows and tube jigs around docks and rocks.
