Hornet Softball

We should be getting everyone back from our fast pitch team, so some of the lessons we learned this fall should carry over this season. Our schedule is a little bit tougher this year, but we want to see what our girls can do against some stiffer competition. Plus, we’ve always thought that playing a harder schedule helps get you more prepared for playoffs. I think we have the chance to surprise some people, but it’s going to be up to the girls to put in the work & do what needs to be done to get that accomplished.

Our main goal is to simply get better each day. We’re still going to be a pretty young team, so we’re still going to be dealing with a little bit of a learning curve/learning the game & seeing some possible new situations that we haven’t before. Hopefully we’ll be playing our best ball at the end of the season & make a nice run in playoffs.
