Bledsoe chosen for Oklahoma State Games

Lane Bledsoe, a sophomore at Bristow High School and a baseball pitcher for the Pirates, was chosen to play in the Oklahoma State Games on June 22 -23. This will be held at the Obrate Stadium at Oklahoma State University.

The best players are chosen from all five regions, a total of 10 players from each region are chosen. Bledsoe, son of Kyran and Gene Bledsoe, says he has been playing baseball for about 13 years and is a lefty pitcher. Bledose said, “I have to thank my team members and my coaches, Larry Coleman and Jake Avery, as I couldn't have done this without all of them.” I am a lefty pitcher and am so excited about playing in these games.” Bristow High Coach Larry Coleman said, “This is a very good opportunity for Lane to showcase his pitching skills against some of the top players in the state and also some of the various college coaches in the area.”
