Eunice Lawson

January 22, 1930 - March 11, 2023

Eunice Lawson was born Jan. 22, 1930, to Robert Clayton and Lillie (Burdett) Lawson in Carlsbad, New Mexico. She departed this life, March 11, 2023 at the age of 93.

Eunice Harvey and James Lawson Sr. were united in marriage. They moved to Bristow in 1965 and operated Lawsons Grocery Store for many years. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and was an active member of the Bristow community until her health began to fail.

She enjoyed aerobics, target shooting, and spending time with her cat “Lucky”. Eunice will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by daughter, Sherry Tripoli and husband, Bruce; son, James “Ricky” Lawson Jr.; grandaughter Shawna; Erik Swindell; children of Shawna; Erik, Jade; Dexter, Josiah, Chloe, Kayla, Caleb, Brooklyn, Bailey, Isaac, and Creed; grandson Jake, Sydney Tillman; children of Jake and Sydney; Everly and Lacey; sister Deanie Ellison, sister in law, Reba Harvey; niece Pam Cummings.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Steve Lawson; brother Marcus, Harold Harvey, Juanita, Cleve, half siblings Nancy, Mary, Frig, and Kathy.
