Bonnie Mae (Morris) Shirley was a loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, Maw-Maw and friend. She was called home to Glory Dec. 28, 2024.
Bonnie was born Aug. 29, 1936 to Virgil and Ola Lee (Black) Morris in Galena, Missouri. They moved to Bristow, when she was seven years old and attended school in a one room schoolhouse. She graduated from Bristow High School in 1954 and became a telephone operator for Southwestern Bell.
She married Lee Roy Shirley June 1,1956.
Bonnie had a deep personal relationship with God and enjoyed

studying and sharing His word. She prayed daily for her family and church family. One of the greatest joys of her life was reading and collecting Christian books for her extensive library.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lee Roy, son Allen Lee, two sisters, Viva Lee and Dorothy Faye, and three brothers, Ralph, Kenneth and David.
Bonnie is survived by two daughters, Karen McInturf, of Tulsa, and Regina Atchison and husband Don, of Mustang, one sister Betty Lightle of Ardmore, four grandchildren, Kimberly Litterell and husband Matt, Tyler Atchison and wife Faryn, Terin Bevan and husband Brett, and Michael McInturf, 11 great-grand children, two great-great children and other extended family.
