    Creek County Retired Educators hold first meeting of the year

    Creek County Retired Educators held their first meeting of the new year Monday Aug. 31st. Approximately forty members and guests were in attendance at La Margaritas in Sapulpa.

    Guest speakers were Bret and Lanette Fadley. Bret shared his love of antique toys and also brought some of his favorites. Members brought some of their antique toys for members to enjoy. Lanette told the crowd about the Howdy Ice Cream Spot and about the delicious treats served there .

    The Bristow Toy Museum and Howdy’s Ice pot are located on Main Street in Bristow .

    They are open 9 to 9 each day except Monday when they are closed.
