Oklahoma voters took to the polls Tuesday, June 28, to vote on various state positions in the state wide primaries. The Republicans took first position with 15 different open seats to review and vote on ranging from governor to commissioners, while the Democrat side of the election had two, senator and governor. Of that number, Republicans accounted for nearly 51 percent of the total, while Democrats made up nearly 31 percent, Independents made up 17 percent and Libertarians made up nearly 1 percent.
