The Spring Wagon Train ride held by the Faith Baptist Church of Slick had 12 wagons and eight to 10 outriders participating each day. The group departed from the church both mornings, traveling approximately 20 miles through the countryside daily. On Friday night, everyone returned to the church to enjoy live music along with a meal of beans and cornbread.
