Fort Gibson: October 20. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 68°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Paddlefish good snagging around channels and main lake. Crappie good on minnows, spoons, and tube jigs around brush structure, docks, and main lake. Blue catfish good on shad around channels, main lake, and points. Grand: October 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 78°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on bill baits, crankbaits, and plastic baits around brush structure, coves, docks, riprap, and standing timber. Striped bass hybrids and white bass good on in-line spinnerbaits and plastic baits around shorelines. Crappie fair on hair jigs and minnows around brush structure, docks. Comments: The weather has cooled and fall fishing is in full swing. Bass activity remains good, and the hybrid and white bass bite remains strong on windy days where they are chasing shad into the shallows! Greenleaf: October 22. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 68°F and clear. Largemouth bass good on jerk baits, plastic baits, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around brush structure, docks, points, and weed beds. Blue catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, and shad around channels, docks, main lake, and points. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Kaw: October 23. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 60°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass, spotted bass, striped bass hybrids, and white bass good on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, jerk baits, jigs, live shad, sassy shad, and spinnerbaits around coves, points, riprap, and shorelines. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on goldfish, live bait, live shad, shad, stinkbait, and worms around creek channels, river channel, river mouth, and shallows. Keystone: October 24. Elevation is 2 ft. below normal and rising, water temperature 70°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, and plastic baits around brush structure, coves, and rocks. Crappie slow on jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait and shad around creek channels, main lake, and river channel. Report submitted by Bradley Magby, game warden stationed in Creek County.

Lower Illinois: October 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 60°F and clear. Brown and rainbow trout fair on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, and PowerBait. Tenkiller: October 22. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 68°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass good on crankbaits, jigs, plastic baits, and topwater lures around brush structure, docks, points, and shorelines. Crappie good on minnows, tube jigs, and worms around brush structure, docks, and main lake. Bluegill and green sunfish good on tube jigs and worms around brush structure, docks, and shorelines. Webbers Falls: October 22. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 68°F and stained. Blue catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, and shad below the dam, river channel, and river mouth. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and channels. Blue River: October 24. Elevation is below normal and stable, water temperature 64°F and clear. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, jerk baits, spinnerbaits, and tube jigs around brush structure, channels, rocks, shorelines, and weed beds. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, punch bait, and stinkbait around brush structure, channels, and rocks. Broken Bow: October 20. Elevation is 9 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 83°F and clear. McGee Creek: October 20. Elevation is 3 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 79°F and stained. Channel and flathead catfish fair on hot dogs, live bait, live shad, and worms around creek channels, main lake, and points. Pine Creek: October 20. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 70°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on topwater lures around coves.
