Lower Illinois: November 4. Elevation is normal, water temperature 67°F and clear. Rainbow trout fair on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, and Power-Bait below the dam. Sooner: November 7. Elevation is 1 ft. below normal, water temperature 60°F and clear. Striped bass hybrids fair on crankbaits, jigs, and live shad around discharge and main lake. Saugeye slow on crankbaits, jigs, and live bait around discharge and main lake. Blue catfish slow on cut bait and sunfish around discharge. Tenkiller: November 6. Elevation is 5.5 ft. below normal and rising, water temperature 68°F and murky. Striper are feeding very well on live shad. Big fish are being caught nearly every day. Cats are being caught on live shad and cut bait linear channels.
