rcadia: May 14. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal, water temperature 75°F and stained. White bass good on jigs and minnows below the damn, along brush structure, docks, points and riprap. White and black crappie good on jigs, minnows and Powerbait around brush structure, dam, points, riprap, rocks and standing timber. Saugeye fair on jigs, lipless baits, sassy shad and small lures around flats, points, riprap and rocks.

Hefner: May 15. Elevation is normal, water temperature 74°F and murky. Largemouth and white bass excellent on crankbaits, plastic baits and spinnerbaits around coves and shorelines. White crappie and green sunfish good on jigs, minnows, tube jigs and worms around brush structure, docks and shorelines. Blue and channel catfish good on punch bait and shad around coves, docks and shorelines.

Overholser: May 17. Elevation is normal, water temperature 67°F and stained. Striped hybrid bass fair on flukes and grubs around main lake and shorelines. White crappie fair on jigs and minnows around dam. Channel and blue catfish good on cut bait and worms around points.

Stanley Draper: May 16. Elevation is 6 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 74°F and stained. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits and spinnerbaits around points, shallows and weed beds. Black and white crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure, riprap, shallows and shorelines. White bass good on jigs, plastic baits and small lures around points.

Thunderbird: May 15. Elevation is normal and falling, water temperature 71°F and stained. Channel and blue catfish fair on hot dogs, punch bait and worms below the damn and along the main lake. White and black crappie good on jigs around brush structure, docks and shorelines.

Wes Watkins Reservoir: May 15. Elevation is normal, water temperature 79°F and stained. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver, PowerBait and worms around riprap and shorelines. Largemouth bass slow on spinnerbaits around brush structure and points.

Bell Cow: May 16. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal, water temperature 72°F and murky. Channel catfish good on cut bait and worms around shallows and shorelines. White crappie slow on jigs and minnows around docks. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and topwater lures around brush structure and standing timber.

Birch Reservoir: May 15. Elevation is .5 ft. above normal, water temperature 75°F and murky. Blue catfish fair on shad around channels and flats. White crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure.

Carl Blackwell: May 16. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal, water temperature 68°F and stained. Saugeye good on jigs and small lures around points and riprap. Black crappie fair on jigs, minnows around riprap, shallows, shorelines. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, plastic baits and spinnerbaits around brush structure, points, riprap and shallows.

Chandler: May 16. Elevation is 3 ft. above normal, water temperature 71°F and murky. Flathead catfish fair on cut bait and worms around shorelines. Green sunfish excellent on small lures around shallows and shorelines. White crappie fair on jigs and minnows around dam.

Copan Lake: May 14. Elevation is 7 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 60°F and murky. Flathead, channel and blue catfish slow on chicken liver, cut bait, dough bait, hot dogs, live bait, live shad and stinkbait below the damn, along the river channel, rocks, shorelines and tailwater. White and black crappie slow on hair jigs, minnows and tube jigs around creek channels, docks and shorelines. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jerk baits, jigs and plastic baits.

Eucha: May 15. Elevation is normal, water temperature 68°F and stained. Largemouth and white bass fair on Alabama rig, bill baits, crankbaits, plastic baits, small lures, spinnerbaits, spoons, topwater lures and tube jigs below the damn, around brush structure, coves, creek channels, docks, rocks, shallows and weed beds. Black and white crappie fair on hair jigs, jigs, minnows, small lures around brush structure, docks, shallows and shorelines. Channel and blue catfish fair on chicken liver, crawfish, cut bait, dough bait, goldfish, hot dogs, live bait, live shad, punch bait, shad, stinkbait and worms below the damn, along the coves, dam and main lake. White Bass are great below the dam. Largemouth bass and crappie are hard to find due to below-par water clarity, but when found are caught in fair numbers.

Fort Gibson: May 16. Elevation is 17 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature is 70°F and stained. Blue catfish good on cut bait and shad around main lake, river channel and spillway. Bluegill sunfish, green sunfish, white bass and smallmouth bass fair on grubs, jigs, small lures, spinnerbaits and topwater lures around main lake, shallows, shorelines and standing timber. Paddlefish good on snagging below the damn. Flooded conditions persist. Access via parks and the usual boat ramps is very limited. Most access points remain closed. Only boaters with above average knowledge of the lake should navigate these waters. Many underwater and floating hazards exist.

Grand Lake: May 15. Elevation is 4 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 64°F and murky. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on Alabama rig, buzz baits, crankbaits, jerk baits, plastic baits and topwater lures around brush structure, coves, docks, flats, shallows and shorelines. Flathead, blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, goldfish, live bait, live shad, shad and stinkbait around channels, coves, docks and main lake. White and black crappie excellent on hair jigs, jigs, minnows and small lures around brush structure, coves, docks, shallows and shorelines. Debris still present in some coves and channels on the North end of the lake.

Greenleaf: May 17. Elevation is 8 ft. above normal, water temperature 69°F and stained. Greenleaf State Park as well as Greenleaf Lake is currently closed due to damages caused by recent storms.

Hudson: May 16. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal, water temperature 73°F and murky. Blue catfish good on cut bait and shad below the damn and river channel. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits and spinnerbaits around brush structure and coves. White crappie slow on jigs and minnows around brush structure.

Hulah Lake: May 14. Elevation is 14 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 60°F and murky. Flathead, blue and channel catfish fair on goldfish, live bait, live shad, stinkbait, sunfish and worms below the damn, around the docks, main lake, river channel, shorelines and tailwater. White and black crappie fair on hair jigs, minnows and tube jigs around creek channels, docks and shorelines.

Kaw Lake: May 15. Elevation is 12.5 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 70°F and murky. Flathead, blue and channel catfish good on crawfish, cut bait, goldfish, live bait, live shad, PowerBait, shad, sunfish and worms around flats, main lake, shallows and shorelines. Striped, striped hybrid and white bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, grubs, hair jigs, jigs, lipless baits and live shad below the damn. White and black crappie fair on jigs, minnows, small lures and tube jigs below the damn, along brush structure, shorelines and standing timber.

Keystone: May 15. Elevation is 12 ft. above normal and rising, water temperature 79°F and murky. Largemouth bass slow on minnows and spoons around channels, coves, main lake and points. White crappie slow on minnows and spoons around brush structure, creek channels, dam, points and riprap. Flathead, blue and channel catfish slow on minnows and punch bait around channels, main lake and river channel.

Lower Illinois River PFHA: May 13. Elevation is 16 ft. above normal, water temperature 60°F and murky. Rainbow trout slow on in-line spinnerbaits and PowerBait below the damn. Water levels continue to be very high and many locations along the river are not accessible.

Oologah Lake: May 13. Elevation is 11 ft. above normal, water temperature 75°F and murky. Largemouth bass excellent on jigs, plastic baits and topwater lures around brush structure and shorelines. Blue catfish good on live shad, shrimp and worms below the damn. White crappie fair on jigs and minnows around creek channels and standing timber. Skiatook: May 15. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal, water temperature 73°F and clear. Striped hybrid and white bass fair on live shad, shad and spoons around main lake. White and black crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and standing timber. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, flukes and spinnerbaits around shorelines.

Sooner: May 15. Elevation is 2.5 ft. below normal, water temperature 69°F and murky. Largemouth bass slow on jerk baits and plastic baits around brush structure, riprap and rocks. White crappie and saugeye fair on crankbaits, jigs, live shad and minnows around riprap. Striped hybrid bass slow on crankbaits, jigs and live shad around main lake. All walleye, sauger, and saugeye less than 18 inches must be immediately released back to the water.

Spavinaw: May 13. Elevation is normal, water temperature 67°F and stained. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and jigs around coves and points. Black crappie good on jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver and cut bait around main lake and shallows. Tenkiller: May 15. Elevation is 25.5 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 65°F and murky. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on Alabama rig, crankbaits, plastic baits, spinnerbaits and topwater lures around brush structure, docks, points, shorelines and weed beds. Blue and channel catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait and shad around shallows and shorelines. Black crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Lake is still flooded with debris floating on and just under the surface. Caution should be used by all boaters. Many of the boat ramps are closed due to high water level.

Webbers Falls: May 17. Elevation is 10 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 70°F and stained. Flathead, channel, and blue catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, shad, shrimp and worms below the damn, along coves, main lake, shallows and shorelines. White and black crappie fair on hair jigs, jerk baits, minnows and worms around brush structure, shallows and shorelines. Striped and white bass fair on bill baits, flukes, jerk baits, sassy shad, shad and small lures below the damn, along creek channels, shallows and shorelines.

Canton: May 15. Elevation is normal, water temperature 70°F and clear. Bluegill sunfish, white and black crappie good on jigs, minnows and worms around flats and rocks.

Fort Supply: May 16. Elevation is normal, water temperature 65°F and stained. White crappie fair on jigs and plastic baits around brush structure, main lake and shorelines. Channel catfish slow on chicken liver, cut bait and shad around main lake.

Foss Lake: May 16. Elevation is 4 ft. below normal, water temperature 72°F and clear. Walleye good on live bait around main lake. Striped bass hybrids good in deep water. Crappie fair. Catfish good.

Arbuckle: May 16. Elevation is 2.5 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 70°F and clear. Largemouth bass fair on jerk baits and worms around main lake. Smallmouth bass fair on topwater lures and shaky-head worms. Crappie poor off docks and good on jigs around brush piles down to 30 ft.; they are returning to their summer places.

Blue River PFHA: May 17. Elevation is 0 ft. below normal, water temperature 72°F and stained. Spotted, smallmouth, and largemouth bass good on plastic baits, spinnerbaits and topwater lures around brush structure, channels and rocks. Channel catfish good on stinkbait and worms around channels and rocks. Rainbow trout fair on in-line spinnerbaits and PowerBait around channels and rocks.

Broken Bow: May 13. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 68°F and clear. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on Alabama rig, crankbaits, flukes, plastic baits and spinnerbaits around brush structure, points, shorelines, standing timber and weed beds. White crappie fair on hair jigs, jigs and minnows around brush structure, river mouth and standing timber. Eufaula: May 13. Elevation is 8 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 65°F and murky. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on crankbaits, plastic baits and spinnerbaits around brush structure, main lake and points. Flathead, blue and channel catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, live bait, live shad and shad around channels, dam, river channel and river mouth. White and black crappie good on hair jigs, jigs and minnows around brush structure, creek channels, riprap and shallows.

Hugo: May 13. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 69°F and murky. Flathead, blue and channel catfish excellent on chicken liver, cut bait, dough bait, live bait, punch bait, shad, stinkbait and sunfish below the damn, along channels, main lake, river channel, shorelines and standing timber. Black and white crappie good on jigs and minnows below the damn, along brush structure, main lake, river channel and standing timber.

Konawa: May 15. Elevation is normal, water temperature 72°F and clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, jigs and plastic baits around main lake, points and weed beds. Striped hybrid and white bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, sassy shad and spoons around coves, discharge, main lake and river channel. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait and shad around coves, inlet and riprap.
