Fatality collision near Kellyville

A fatality collision occurred early Tuesday morning on OK66, a half a mile south of W. 161st South approximately one mile south of Kelly ville. A 2004 Chevy Tahoe, driven by Joslyn Swan, age 30 from Kellyville, was traveling north bound on Hwy 66, while Kristie Martin, age 49 from Bristow was traveling southbound in her 2012 Chevy Camaro. For unknown reasons, Swan went left of center, striking Martin. Swan, in the Tahoe, departed the roadway to the right rolling a quarter time coming to rest on the drivers side. Swan was pinned for approximately two hours before being extracted with the Hurst tool by the Kellyville Fire Department. Swan was pronounced deceased at the scene by Creek County EMS. Martin's vehicle departed the roadway to the right and came to rest in the grass. She was pinned in the vehicle for approximately 45 minutes before being extracted with the Hurst tool. Martin was transported by MedEvac to St. Francis in Tulsa, admitted in critical condition with head injuries.
