On April 18, the Town of Slick dedicated their first Siren. It took two years to gather enough donations to get this project done but it is finally happened. The town grateful to the businesses and individuals that helped us reach this momentous opportunity to make our citizens feel safer during dangerous weather conditions. Donors were United Community Action Program represented by Susan Case Board of Directors Vice Chairman, Spirit Bank Represented by Rachel Jones, East Central Electric Co-op Round UP program, OG&E and many of the citizens of Slick. The Town of Slick appreciates everyone that helped make this possible..
