Eucha: August 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 86°F and murky. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, plastic baits, and topwater lures around brush structure, shorelines, and weed beds. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, hot dogs, and shrimp around docks and shorelines. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Fort Gibson: August 20. Elevation is 2 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 86°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits, jigs, spoons, topwater lures, and worms around coves, docks, points, and riprap. Paddlefish good snagging around channels, main lake. White bass fair on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, plastic baits, and spoons around channels, main lake, and points. Comments: The return of the heat has slowed fishing back down a bit. You can still catch crappie suspended off brush or around docks, be patient with presentation or use live bait. Crappie and white bass are being caught around the humps at Long and North Bays. Blue catfish still doing well on shad suspended deep from juglines or fishing deeper channels near the shore. With the water being high and dirty the bow anglers are having a tougher time finding fish. Black bass bite is tough, try topwater early. Grand: August 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 85°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, plastic baits, and topwater lures around brush structure, docks, shallows, and shorelines. Blue catfish good on cut bait, shad, and shrimp around flats and main lake. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Greenleaf: August 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 86°F and clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits, plastic baits, spinnerbaits, spoons, and topwater lures around points, rocks, and weed beds. Blue and channel catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, shad, and stinkbait around docks, flats, and main lake. Crappie slow on jigs, minnows, and small lures around brush structure and docks. Kaw: August 20. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 88°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on crankbaits, cut bait, jerk baits, jigs, live bait, live shad, spoons, and topwater lures around main lake, points, and riprap. Crappie good on grubs, hair jigs, jigs, live bait, minnows, small lures, spoons, and tube jigs around brush structure, creek channels, riprap, and standing timber. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish excellent on crawfish, cut bait, grasshoppers, live bait, live shad, shad, stinkbait, sunfish, and worms around creek channels, main lake, river channel, river mouth, rocks, and shorelines. Comments: Thermocline remains around 15 ft. Setting juglines with hooks below 15 ft. will result in dead/wasted fish. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Kay County.

Keystone: August 20. Elevation is 1 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 84°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits, topwater lures, and tube jigs around creek channels and rocks. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait and dough bait around creek channels, main lake, river channel, and river mouth. Report submitted by Bailey Johnson, game warden stationed in Creek County.

Lower Illinois: August 18. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 60°F and clear. Rainbow trout fair on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, and PowerBait below the dam. Comments: Best times are early morning and late evening; the best areas are below the dam and at the Watts area. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County.

Sooner: August 21. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 84°F and clear. Striped bass hybrids fair on live shad around main lake. Largemouth bass fair on jerk baits, plastic baits, and topwater lures around brush structure, rocks, and weed beds. Blue and channel catfish fair on cut bait, shad, stinkbait, and sunfish. Spavinaw: August 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 86°F and stained. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, and plastic baits around main lake and points. Channel catfish fair on cut bait, shad around flats, main lake. Crappie fair on jigs, minnows around brush structure and docks. Report submitted by Kody Moore, game warden stationed in Mayes County.

Tenkiller: August 20. Elevation is 1.5 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 88°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass fair on buzz baits, jigs, and plastic baits around brush structure, docks, and points. White bass good on crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, and jigs around brush structure, channels, and main lake. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, live bait, shad, and sunfish around channels and main lake. Comments: Anglers can have success with bass by fishing early morning or late evening, throwing into areas with shade, or fishing deeper water. White bass are being caught by trolling the main lake and channels, especially the lower end of the lake. Catfishing is good by road or setting out of jugs. Webbers Falls: August 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 86°F and murky. (USACE Lake Level) Blue and flathead catfish good on cut bait, live bait, and shad around flats, river channel, and tailwater. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, plastic baits, spoons, and topwater lures around brush structure, coves, points, and rocks. Canton: August 20. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 90°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass hybrids and white bass good on shad around main lake and sandbar. Report submitted by Brayden Hicks, game warden stationed in Blaine County.

Foss: August 21. Elevation is 0.5 ft. below normal and stable, water temperature 78°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Crappie fair around docks. Walleye slow on worms in deep water. Catfish fair on live baits along north side. Report submitted by Eric Puyear, B & K Bait House.

Blue River: August 22. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 82°F and clear. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass good on jerk baits, spinnerbaits, topwater lures, and tube jigs around brush structure, discharge, rocks, shorelines, and weed beds. Broken Bow: August 18. Elevation is 9 ft. below normal and falling, water temperature 89°F and clear.
