On Wendesday, March 13, the Bristow Police Department (BPD) and the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority raided the Dank Dispensary, located near First and Chestnut. After numerous compliants to the police department, and a month long investigation into the complaints, the BPD made several unlawful buys using undercover agents from the Drug Task Force and after enough evidence was gathered, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority (OMMA) came in, did a compliance check and found multiple unlawful compliance, including selling to non-medical card customers. The OMMA confiscated truckloads of THC products and shut the dispensary down.

Even though the laws change constantly with these dispensaries, each dispensary must stay up on the laws and do the proper checks and compliances in order to stay in business. Just follow the rules. This was the first dipensary bust in the city for the Bristow Police Department.
