The fierce COVID-19 virus continues to rage through the community, state and nation.

Bristow cases continue to rise with currently 533 reported cases since March. Currently 432 have recovered from the virus, leaving 101 active and 11 deaths since March.

In March of this year, when the virus was first reported, there were a total of 607 confirmed cases in the U.S. and today a reported 18,035,209 cases with 319,364 deaths. What a tremendous force this virus is hitting and it is reported that it is only going to get worse. Creek County is reporting 3,673 with 3,105 recoveries, leaving 578 currently active and a total of 57 deaths.

The state is topping a quarter of a million, 263,434 confirmed cases, of which 36,544 are still active and 2,218 deaths.

The new Pfzier and Moderna vaccines are being shipped and distributed. Hopefully in the near future, we will begin to see some type of normality return to everyone’s lives. With the vaccines now being administered, we will see the beginning of the end of this war with COVID-19.

Do your part to help, wear your mask, social distance and wash your hand.
