Regular physical activity is one of the most important things you can do for your health. Adults need at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity each week. This could be 22 minutes every day, 30 minutes 5 days a week, or any other combination that works for you.

The Bristow Community Center will be hosting this year’s 2025 Martin Luther King, Jr. Program. The theme for this event is: “Reclamation in Action” This program starts at 4 pm on Saturday, Jan. 25, 2025, and will be held at the Bristow First United Methodist Church on 7th and Chestnut.

Roger and Mary Collins presente a deed to almost 8.9 plus acres to Tim Johnson, Bristow Board of Education attorney. The Collins Family donated the land to buil a new fourth and fifth grade elementary school.

The Oklahoma House of Representatives today elected Rep. Kyle Hilbert, R-Bristow, as Speaker of the House and Rep. Anthony Moore, R-Clinton, as Speaker Pro-Tempore for the 60th Legislature.'I am excited and deeply humbled to serve the state of Oklahoma in this capacity,' said Hilbert.
