Attorney General Gentner Drummond is warning Oklahoma consumers about a rise in scams involving “Bitcoin ATMs” that are leaving victims with depleted bank accounts.“Bitcoin ATMs” are virtual currency kiosks located in grocery stores, gas stations and malls.
