Pirate Softball

I expect to see vast improvement from years past. We have a very competitive group of girls who are coming into Slowpitch with the mentality that it is going to help prepare them for the fall, that it is going to make them better softball players, which is what each of them wants to be.

Pirate Tennis

Continued improvement throughout the season. Golf is a challenging and fun sport and I expect our team to enjoy the sport as we work toward being competitive. The goal of the team is to be competitive by constantly improving.

Pirate Golf

This year the girls will be mostly new players, we graduated 4 of the 6 that started last year. We have 4 of the 6 boys back, all playing their 2nd year. I think the boys will do much better than last year with a year of experience. We are hopeful that that girls playing will also do well.

Hornet Baseball

Depew 2022 baseball season is 3-5. The team is really young this year with only 3 seniors, Tucker Tinsley, Cody Davis, Cameron Tattershall and manager Haley Langston. Tyler Buruick, Seth Mcdaniel, and Brock Mcdaniel are some of the top hitters. They are ranked 43/90.

Hornet Softball

We should be getting everyone back from our fast pitch team, so some of the lessons we learned this fall should carry over this season. Our schedule is a little bit tougher this year, but we want to see what our girls can do against some stiffer competition.

Pirate Soccer Boys

We did not have any seniors in 2021 and so we have a strong returning team. We also have a large Freshman class with many years of highquality soccer experience. We expect these younger players to compete for playing time and push the upperclassman to be better.

Pirate Baseball

We expect to see a team-first attitude from our players this year. Coach Rackley and I have worked extremely hard to change the culture of the program since taking over.
