Ms. Cliff Ann “Kippy” Funk-Kinkade was born on Oct. 15, 1955, to Clifford Funk and Alta Skinner-Funk. She departed this life on Sept. 4, 2021 at the age of 65. “Kippy” was a graduate of Bristow High School in 1973. She lived in the Bristow Area most of her life.

Bobby Allan Cooper was born Oct. 18, 1952, to Andrew and Lorene Cooper in Bristow. He departed this life Sept. 29, 2021, at the age of 68. He graduated from Bristow High School in 1970. On Oct. 21, 1973, Bobby Allan Cooper and Lois Pearson were united in marriage.

Beverly J. Schreckengost, 85, formerly of Airport Rd., Corry, Pennsylvania, died Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021, at the Rouse Home, Youngsville, Pennsylvania. She was born March 26, 1936 in Bristow, a daughter of the late Harold and Claudia “Maye” Yarbrough Armer.

Eliza Harjo Berryhill

Eliza Harjo Berryhill was born to Melissa Canard and Edmond Harjo on Aug. 10, 1931 in Wewoka. She married Raymond Berryhill in Okemah, and had 11 children. Eliza passed from this earth to be with our heavenly Father on Monday, Sept. 20, 2021, at her home in Bristow.

Paul Dean Smith

Paul Dean Smith was born April 22, 1923, in Wagoner, and was the ninth born of 11 children to Alex and Florence Smith. He departed this life Sept. 23, 2021, in Sapulpa at the age of 98. Paul lived his early years of life in Rifle, Colorado where his father pastored a church.

Marcus Lee Rake

Marcus Lee Rake was born Sept. 29, 1944, to Charles and Margaret Rake in Bristow. He departed this life Sept. 16, 2021, at the age of 76 years. Known by all as “Doc”, he was a lifelong Bristow resident, graduating from Bristow High School in 1962.

David Eugene Cloud

David Eugene Cloud (Chief) was born February 14, 1970 to Daniel “Bill” and Lucy Cloud in Claremore, Oklahoma. He departed this life Sept. 23, 2021, at the age of 51 years, seven months and nine days.

Dale Wayne Bolden

Dale Wayne Bolden was born March 31, 1949 to Clarence and Flora Bolden, in Liberal Kansas. He departed this life Sept. 24, 2021, at the age of 72 years. Dale was a graduate of Western High in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ralph Arliss Johns

Ralph Arliss Johns was born April 20, 1965, to Timothy Gene Johns Sr. and Sharon Kay Johns in Houston, Texas. He departed this life Sept. 14, 2021, at the age of 56. He graduated from Depew High School in 1983.
