Bristow is hosting the statewide high school soccer All State games this year, 6A through 3A.
The eight soccer games will be at Hafer Field June 5 through June 7.
This event will bring a lot of out of town people to Bristow and it gives us a chance to show off what a great community we have here.
Dates and times for the games: Thursday, June 5: 6 p.m.– 6A Girls; 8 p.m.– 6A Boys Friday, June 6: 6 p.m. – 5A Girls; 8 p.m.– 5A Boys Saturday,June 7: 11 a.m.4A Girls; 1 p.m.– 4A Boys Saturday, June 7: 6 p.m. 3A Girls; 8 p.m.– 3A Boys Bristow High School Soccer had five players selected for All-State.
For the girls 3A West team; Alex Wilhite and Makynzi Spencer Friday were selected.
For the boys 3A West team; Roan Goodwin, Bryson Barnett, and Isaiah Wilson were selected.
This is the most All-State players Bristow has ever had selected at one time.
The girls had a great season going 12-4 and losing in the first round of the playoffs to a good Kingfisher team.
The boys likewise had a great season going 11-5 and making it to the playoffs also. They lost in the first round to a very good Crooked Oak team that went on to win the boys 3A state championship.
