A fatality collision occurred on April 4, 2024 at approximately 15:20 hours on the Turner Turnpike eastbound at mile marker 203, approximately six miles east of Bristow in Creek County.
A 2007 Ford driven by Trenten Nathanial Campbell, age 22, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri was traveling eastbound on the turnpike. A 2020 Internation Truck driven by Sean Hall, age 36, of Butler, Missouri was parked on the outside shoulder for maintenance and a 2024 Infinity driven by Kherri Jean, age 44, of Mainsfield, Texas.
According to reports the Ford failed to maintain lane and struck the rear of the International, bouncing off the trailer and into the outside lane, then was struck by the Infinity. Campbell who was driving the Ford was pinned for approximately 1 and half hours being freed by the Kellyville Fire Department. Campbell was pronounced at the scene. Jean driver of the Infinity was taken to St. Francis in Tulsa by Creek County EMS and Hall, driver of the International was not injured. Seatbelts were equiped and in use in all vehicles.
