On Oct. 7, 2024, at the city council meeting, something very special is happening. The winner of the Bristow Flag contest will be announced.
The city has never had a flag of its own and the idea of having a Bristow Flag was brought before the city council. A contest was given an has been going on since June. Anyone could enter the contest. Anyone who had a vision of what the Bristow Flag should look like. It is now down to the final four.The designs range from peanuts to pirates and some lucky winner will go down in Bristow’s hstory for designing the first flag for the City of Brstow. The community gets to vote, so get in there and cast your vote for your favorite design and attend the Oct. 6 city council meeting to see if the one you voted for is the winner.
