There’s something truly special about Route 66, the open road, the quirky roadside stops, and that unmistakable sense of America that brings people together. This summer, you’re invited to experience it all during Road Rally 2025, happening on Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 8 a.m.to 8 p.m. along the heart of Oklahoma’s Route 66.
Now in its second year, Road Rally is quickly becoming a tradition, bringing together locals and travelers alike to celebrate “The 100 Greatest Miles of Route 66.” Hosted by the Route 66 Midpoint Corridor, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and promoting this iconic stretch of highway, the event promises a full day of exploration, fun, and community connection. Starting in Sapulpa and winding your way to Edmond, you’ll pass through the welcoming towns of Kellyville, Bristow, Depew, Stroud, Davenport, Chandler, Wellston, Luther, Arcadia, and more. Along the way, you’ll visit 25 unique checkpoints, each with something special to offer, from historic landmarks and roadside attractions to local shops, food, games, and interactive experiences. It’s a chance to slow down, explore hidden gems, and appreciate the heart and soul of small-town Oklahoma.
But Road Rally 2025 isn’t just about the drive, it’s about community. It’s about bringing people together, supporting local businesses, and creating memories that last long after the day ends.
And to top it all off, the rally concludes with a festive evening party full of music, prizes, and celebration.
Local businesses are encouraged to be part of the excitement by becoming sponsors or being listed in the Official Road Rally Guide. Whether you choose a major sponsorship or a simple listing, your support helps fuel this growing event and keeps Route 66 thriving for future generations.
So, mark your calendars, gather your family and friends, and get ready to hit the road.
