Pirates take Cleveland 67-46, lose to Mannford 57-44

The Bristow boys’ basketball team played two games last week. They won their first game against Cleveland 67-46. The game started with a threepointer by Sutton Titsworth. Then, Charles Ware scored his first three-pointer of the game. At the end of the first quarter, Stephon Tolon got a block. During the third quarter, Ware scored two three-pointers. The Pirates ended the game with 35 rebounds, 19 assists, 17 steals, and four blocks.

Their second game was against Mannford, where they lost 57-44. During the first quarter, Alex Winter got a steal. He followed that up with two blocks. In the second quarter, Ware scored a three-pointer. Then, Winter blocked the ball for the third time. During the third quarter, Titsworth scored a three-pointer. Then, Ware scored his second three-pointer of the game. Tolon followed that with a block. In the fourth quarter, Cayden McCall got a block. Then, Titsworth scored his second three-pointer of the game. The Pirates ended the game with 33 rebounds, eight assists, four steals, and seven blocks. Their next game will be Thursday, Jan. 21 at the Kiefer Tournament.
