Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, shad, Oologah: July 13. Elevation is 8 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 83°F and stained. Largemouth bass fair on bill baits, buzz baits, caddis flies, grasshoppers, and spoons around flats, sandbar, shallows, and weed beds. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on goldfish, live shad, shad, sunfish, and worms around riprap, sandbar, and shallows.

Skiatook: July 13. Elevation is .5 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 85°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass hybrids, white bass, and channel catfish fair on minnows and worms below the dam. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around river channel and standing timber. Keystone: July 14. Elevation is 14 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 86°F and stained. (USACE Lake Level) Largemouth bass good on buzz baits, crankbaits, in-line spinnerbaits, plastic baits, spinnerbaits, and topwater lures around brush structure, points, and weed beds. Blue and channel catfish fair on hot dogs, live bait, and worms around creek channels and river channel. Crappie fair on jigs around brush structure. Comments: With the water receding, folks are noodling some good-sized flatheads.

Crappie good on hair jigs, minnows, and spoons below the dam, discharge, and tailwater.

White bass fair on Alabama rigs and in-line spinnerbaits below the dam, flats, and points. Blue catfish good on cut bait and shad below the dam, docks, and main lake.Fort Gibson: July 14. Elevation is 9.5 ft. above normal and falling, water temperature 75°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Blue, channel, and flathead catfish fair. Largemouth bass slow.Spavinaw: July 13. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 79°F and stained. (USGS Lake Level) Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits, jigs, and plastic baits around main lake and points. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush structure and docks. Channel catfish slow on cut bait around flats and main lake.Lower Illinois River: July 11. Elevation is 8 ft. above normal and stable, water temperature 68°F and stained. Rainbow trout fair on caddis flies, in-line spinnerbaits, midges, nymphs, PowerBait, spoons, and worms below the dam, shallows, and shorelines. Comments: River flow 4,500 CFS.

Texoma: July 13. Elevation is normal and stable, water temperature 83°F and clear. (USACE Lake Level) Striped bass fair on live shad and sassy shad around channels, main lake, and points. Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on cut bait, dough bait, live shad, punch bait, and stinkbait around channels, docks, points, and river mouth. Crappie fair on caddis flies, hair jigs, jigs, minnows, and nymphs around brush structure, coves, and tailwater. Comments: Fishing this week has been about the same for striper. Some days are good, the next is tough. Some are catching them in the shallows drifting shad. Some are catching them trolling sassy shad baits. Catfish are biting near baited holes on punch bait. Crappie are slow but biting on jigs with power bait near bush piles and in open water near coves.
