Wayne Henry Ford

Wayne Henry Ford was born July 18, 1952, in Bristow, to Oley Richard Ford and Delma Louise Goodmon. He departed this life June 23, 2025, at the age of 72.

He is preceded in death by two sisters, Linda Kay McGuire, of Depew, and Mavis Louise Wilson, of Okemah, one brother, Wilbert Ford, of Bristow, and his parents Oley and Delma Ford, of Bristow.

Wayne attended Bristow schools and graduated with the Class of 71'. He was an avid car enthusiast, along with Harley Davidson motorcycles. He built and owned several Harley's and a Corvette. He

loved dabbling in all things cars or motorcycles.

He was mostly a self-employed auto mechanic, after returning home from the Air Force in 1972. Wayne loved playing cards and dominoes, especially with his siblings. Wayne had a fun-loving personality and loved telling jokes and sharing stories. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

He is survived by one son, Richard Ford, of Depew, two sisters, Ola Mae Looney, of Bristow, Norma Barham, of Sapulpa, one brother, Donald Ford, of Tulsa, and a slew of nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. A Memorial service is scheduled for 2 p.m., July 18, 2025 at First Church of God, 320 S Walnut St., Bristow, with interment following at Magnolia Cemetery, Bristow.
