Margaret Ann Plum was born January 14, 1947, to Bert Potter Sr. and Ada (Cordell) Potter in Bristow. She departed this life March 24, 2022, at the age of 75.
She graduated from Bristow High School in 1965. Margaret Ann Potter was united in marriage to Rusty Plum in 1968. They enjoyed thirty years of marriage before his passing in 1998. Together they raised three sons, Kevin, Joshua, and Caleb.
She had worked at the garment factory for over twenty years. Margaret attended Faith Baptist Church in Slick. She enjoyed working jigsaw puzzles, cooking, listening to country music and most of all, spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by three sons, Kevin Leon Plum and wife Kellie, Joshua Michael Plum and wife Starla, and Matthew Caleb Plum and wife Amierae; four sisters, Ella Meador and husband Carol, Paula Montgomery, Sharon Davidson and husband Red, Brenda Russell; eight grandchildren, Roy Don Hanks, Matthew David Cook, Kevin Matthew Plum, Cheyenne Nicole Plum, Braden Curtis Gage Plum, Colton Michael Plum, Rusty Silas Plum, Stella Noelle Plum; four great grandchildren, Lucian Cook, Levi Plum, Hudson Cook, and Turner Hanks. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, four brothers, Henry Potter, Steve Potter, Frank Potter, Alan Potter; four sisters, Wanda Johnson, Donna Kay O’Neal, Violet Gower and Fonda Schlosser.
Funeral services are 2 pm, Friday, April 1, 2022 at Faith Baptist Church near Slick.
