Jason Dean Burdick was born Oct. 14, 1973, to Floyd Dean and Bobbie Jo Burdick in Stroud. He departed this life Oct. 24, 2021, at the age of 48.
He was a 1991 graduate of Depew High School. He was currently self-employed concrete supervisor. He loved his work and spending extra time taking care of his customers was never a problem.
He enjoyed hunting, watching bull riding and attending his sons’ sporting events. Nothing brought him more joy than spending time with his children and grandchild.
He is survived by five children; Samantha Burdick, Ashley Burdick, Tyler Burdick, Treyton Burdick and Waylon Burdick; parents, Floyd Dean and Bobbie Jo Burdick; brother, Michael Burdick; fiancé, Kristian Gore; grandson, Leo Gehring; borrowed kid, Kapri Cooper; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents, Joe and Thelma Thompson and Dean and Colleen Burdick; two uncles, C. Michael Burdick and Tony Thompson.
Services were held at 2 p.m. , Thursday, Oct. 28, 2021, at the Depew First Baptist Church with interment following at the Oakdale Cemetery.
Services were under the direction of Hutchins Maples Matherly Funeral Home.
