Jack was born in Richmond, California on March 20, 1943 to the late Jack Dempsey Webb, Sr.; Hazel (Seibenthal) Webb. He passed from this life suddenly at his home on Nov. 18, 2024 at the age of 81 years,

seven months, 29 days. Jack was raised; educated in Taft, California. He joined the United States Army in 1964; served until 1970. He married Charlotte Ann Seal on May 14, 1964; they made their home in California for several years. Jack had worked as a meat cutter/butcher for Safeway grocery stores and in 1978 he moved his family from Santa Clara, California to Bristow where they have remained since.
After moving to Oklahoma, he worked as a truck driver for Haliburton Industries, Pride Pipeline, and retired from American Petroleum. Jack was preceded in death by his parents.
Jack’s remaining family include his wife, Charlotte Webb of the home; son, Jack D. Webb, III, of Florida; grandson, Michael W. Webb, of Florida; great grandson, Archie D. Webb, of Florida; brother, David Wayne Webb, of Missouri; sister, Lynda Kay “Niki” Webb-Light, of Broken Arrow; nephews Michael Eneault, Rick Webb, Steven Webb; Plus numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
