Keli Schonfield – Edison Early Childhood Center (Pre-K) With 23 years of experience, Schonfield is a master at making learning fun and active for the youngest Pirates. She believes in the power of play and music to engage students and is known for her heart for community service, organizing events like the St. Jude’s cookie sale and the cereal box domino challenge.

Keli Groves – Edison Elementary (1st Grade) Groves is dedicated to building a strong foundation of self-confidence in her students. She uses hands-on learning to help children explore and create, always keeping the lines of communication open with families to ensure every child feels supported and cared for.

Matthew Cook – Collins Elementary (Special Education) Cook creates a safe, structured, and predictable environment where his students feel empowered to learn and grow. He draws from his own life experiences to build deep, empathetic relationships with his students and their families, ensuring every child has high expectations and the support to meet them.

Becky Busch – Bristow Middle School (Physical Education & Health) Coach Busch is passionate about active learning and connecting students with the community, often inviting local professionals to share their expertise. Whether she’s leading Student Council, coaching on the sidelines, or handing out 'big hand' high fives in the morning, her goal is to change 'someone’s world' every day.

Sienna Vassar – Bristow High School (Special Education) A veteran educator of 25 years, Vassar is a fierce advocate for her students, helping them develop vital life and transition skills. She fosters a classroom culture of mutual respect and kindness, and her dedication extends far beyond the classroom as a mentor to new teachers and a coordinator for various community- based work programs.
