The Bristow Lady Pirate Track team competed in Division 2 of Oklahoma’s first ever indoor State meet over this past weekend. The Ladies did a great job pulling together to finish Runner Up. It took a team effort for all five girls in the individual events and a win in the 4-400 relay to earn the Runner Up title.
Abby Flood in the long jump and high jump; Ayana Bruner in the 800m and 400m; Ramona Brown, 200m, 400m and 4-400 with Eden Bigpond in the 4-400 and Mashayla Bradford in the 60m, 200m, and 4400.
The 4-400 team won the Division 2 state championship. This team consists Mashayla Bradford, Eden Bigpond Ayana Bruner and Ramona Brown with 4:17 on a 200m indoor track.
