On Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2026 Creek County Sheriff's office arrested Deanna Whitlock, age 52, from Bristow, on alleged child sexual abuse, enabling child sexual abuse and child neglect. Whitlock was taken into custody and booked into the Creek County Jail. Back in March 2025, the Bristow News brought you the story of Darrell Stevens, age 54, from Bristow, who was arrested on child sexual abuse charges. Stevens was Whitlock's boyfriend, who at the time of his arrest lived with Whitlock. Stevens remains in the Creek County Jail on a $450,000 bond. In the meantime, Whitlock has been free, but no longer. The victims, who are now adults, came forward with horrible tails of sexual abuse, from both Stevens and Whitlock, in their younger age. The victim's stated Whitlock allegedly knew about the abuse and at times was involved in the acts, along with Stevens. Whitlock has been charged with three counts of allegedly enabling child abuse and one count of child sexual abuse. Her bond has been set at $200,000.
