In every town, there are uiet heroes, those who carry pride in their hearts, not for praise, but for purpose. In Bristow, OK, one of those heroes is Javon. Javon is taking the lead as a passionate youth advocate for heritage, history, and honor. At the Bristow Creative Arts Center, he delivered a well-informed presentation, sharing the flag’s significance and teaching proper protocol, from folding techniques to respectful display, with a focus on the Flag Code. Javon is no stranger to the scene; he brought his flag knowledge to the city council and led a flagcompetition for a Bristow Flag. Javon is ambitious and deeply rooted in civic pride for his community and country.
The Bristow Creative Arts Center is an ideal stage for Javon’s message and for otherspassionate about their trade or art. More than a gallery, it’s a vibrant hub for dreamers and doers, fostering community through art, music, and stories. The Harmony Grace Imagination Foundation, now officially a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, strengthens this mission by enabling the Center to apply for grants and expand its classes and offerings, with hopes of providing more free classes to the community. By hosting events like Javon’s talk, the Center amplifies local voices, especially those of children and youth.
