Dalley Turner and husband Kevin; one son, Will Branscum and wife Robin; three brothers, Ranny Branscum and wife Linda, Lew Branscum and wife Trina, Todd Branscum and wife Jean; five grandchildren, Marley Branscum, Gentry Branscum, Penelope Branscum, Dylan Turner, and Drew Turner.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 16, 2022, at the Hutchins Maples Matherly Chapel. Services are under the direction of Hutchins Maples Matherly Funeral Home.
