OBITUARY FOR FREMAN KENNETH RAY HOLMES
TAHLEQUAH, OK- Freman Kenneth Ray Holmes, passed from
this life on September 11th, 2021 in Tahlequah, OK after
reaching the age of 86 years. Online condolences for his family

Freman Kenneth Ray Holmes was born on November 2nd, 1934
in Calumet, OK, the son of Elmer Augustus and Naomi (Sullivan)
Holmes. He was raised with two brothers and one sister,
Vernon, Glen and Linda. He attended school in Battiest, OK. He
raised a family of one son and one daughter, Keith and Kippi.
When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed spending time listening to
Texas Swing music and Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys. He
was a dedicated, hardworking man. He enjoyed time spent
with his friends, sharing a cup of coffee and sharing the local
news. He passed from this life on Saturday, September 11th,
2021 and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his
grandparents, his son, Keith Holmes, his mother and father,
brother Glen Holmes and sister Linda Holt.
He is survived by his daughter, Kippi Wyatt of Tahlequah, OK
and his companion, Mary Ellen Caldwell Holmes of Tahlequah,
OK, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of
friends and loved ones too numerous to mention.
