Faith Baptist Church, in Slick, sponsors a playday series each year for children age 18 and under. The playdays are on Thursday nights with exhibitions at 6 p.m. and Playday starting at 7 p.m. The events are barrels, poles, and flags. Age groups are Leadline, 6 and under, 7-10, 11-14, and 15-18. Each qualifier receives a buckle and other goodies. In order to qualify, you need to attend eight of the 12 playdays and have paid their nomination fee. All money made goes to the year end awards.
