Dana and Genttrie VanOrsdol co-owners of the VanOrsdol Ranch and great bucking bull Fast Eddy, wins Bull of the year at the ACRA Finals. VanOrsdol said Fast Eddy was born and raised right here on the ranch, so was his mother. Fast Eddy’s grandsire was the PBR great Mud Slinger, PBR World Champion owned by H. D. Page. Fast Eddy’s sire is the son of the PBR bucking bull Regulator. Fast Eddy is ill natured, when he bucks his man off he chases everyone out of the arena. He puts on quite a show and enjoys doing it, when he gets everyone chased out of the arena then he’s ready to go home. TK Pro Rodeo Productions hauls Fast Eddy and promotes him for us and does a great job. Bucking bulls are a lot more fun if you get a gentle one every now and then. They don’t have to be mean to be buckers. We’ve got seven, two year olds Downtown Brown, Little Richard, Lefty McPug, Shady Grady, Aces and Eights, Loose Screw, and Fast Draw. Fast Draw is a brother to Fast Eddy. We hope Genttrie, as she gets older, will keep this program going.
